So being a CIA agent was going to be a little tough, with a lot of challenges. For Lulu to become a super-spy, she would have to complete a few tasks that were required in the CIA training. All the dogs that were selected needed to prove that they can indeed sniff out explosives and also possess an undying courage that would come in handy later. The CIA soon discovered Lulu’s abilities.
“Should We Fire Her?”
So it would appear that Lulu was not really up to the mark. During her days of training, the officers were actually contemplating on “firing” her. But the reason that these guys wanted to fire Lulu was for something that you would never expect. Most dogs would be deemed unfit but the reason they gave for Lulu was something totally different from these other cases.
Tricks Of The Trade
So like we said earlier, it was a gruesome time for the dogs that have been selected as their training was nothing short of tiring. All of the special canines that have been selected to join the CIA’s K9 unit had to go through a 10-week training program. And even after this training was over, the dogs are expected to successfully sniff out 19,000 explosive scents.
Other Concerns
So the competition gets very tough and serious wherein most of the dogs aim to be able to go through each round. But there was something very different with our dear Lulu. While other dogs were bust trying to complete each of their tasks, Lulu was off doing something that did not concern the training. So what could have been so important to little Lulu?
Less Work, More Play
If you were in training, how would you handle yourself? Would you be concerned about meeting your targets and passing each round too? Well, Lulu’s trainers had a big surprise coming their way. They did not expect that Lulu would be more concerned about playing with the other dogs that had been selected as well. They were leaning to sniff out explosives while Lulu just wanted to play.
An Energetic Pup
We all have that one classmate that is always joking around and making people laugh, right? Well, in this scenario, Lulu may be the class clown. While she was supposed to be keeping her nose and business in explosive-scented cans, Lulu just wanted to have fun and play. The CIA trainers were not too quick on losing hope for Lulu and did something for her.
