No need to say that was really unbecoming of Sarah. Emma was clearly in disbelief. The celebration was not about her anymore, now it was about Sarah and her fiancee. But instead of venting her anger out, she congratulated the couple. The bride’s eye was brimming with tears yet she cheered for her friend which was difficult to understand for those who knew Emma.

She looked like she was on the verge of tears, but she kept grinning and acted very happy for the other couple. This was unusual, as Emma is typically quite confrontational and speaks her mind no matter the consequences.”
She Was Hurt
Getting betrayed by people is very hurtful but the wound is even deeper when the person who hurts you is your best friend. Sarah who used to spend so much time with Emma did not bother to tell her about the proposal nor did she care to share her plan of making this big announcement at her reception. Did she do it on purpose?
Friends Like Before
The duo stayed friends despite Sarah’s betrayal. Unfortunately, Sarah had no regrets for what she did to her dearest friend. In fact, she never even admitted that what she did was WRONG. She behaved as if nothing had happened. Was she never going to realize her mistake? Well, only time knew the answer.
Forgiven?
Had Emma taken the high road by forgiving Sarah? Everybody thought so but that was not the case here. The woman was simply biding her time. There is no denying the fact that Sarah had wronged Emma and Emma ought to teach her a lesson. But how was she going to do that?
