His Own Space
Luke also said that now that he has a home, he can have time and space on his own that he sometimes requires, away from his family. “I have a twin brother so it gives me the chance to have my own space,” he had said in an interview.
The Total Cost
He uploaded a video on his YouTube channel showing his house and revealed the cost of building it. He revealed the price of building it was “more like $1,200, but I rounded it up just in case I forgot anything.”
A Young Hero
Luke had no idea that this tiny house he built would get him this much attention. this was not even in his goals. After all these things have happened he said, “I want to show kids it’s possible to build at this age.” What would be in the works for this young accomplished builder?
Moving Forward
“The main purpose is to be my starter home,” Luke had said, “I’m going to save money and expand.” He wishes to build an even bigger house in the near future if everything goes as planned. he could build his own trailer or an alternate campus housing. The list is endless.
Bigger And Better Houses?
He has spoken in interviews saying, “In a couple of years I want to build a bigger house and stay in it full-time.” Maybe once you have built a small house, you are destined to build bigger ones as well. Luke has a strong efficient characteristic to himself so we are not worried.
