After few months, some kind people did offer to donate their kidneys to help Jackson, but unfortunately, none matched his blood group. After a while, Kristi received a message from a police officer named Lindsay Bittorf. Officer Bittorf got to know about Jackson’s condition through Kristi’s post on a Facebook group called “Mom to Mom.”
Everything Falls Into Place
In her message to Kristi, she wrote that she was going to get tested to hopefully find out if she was a match to be Jackson’s kidney donor. Officer Bittorf underwent all the necessary tests and everything seemed to fall into place.
