On October of 2017, Godfrey and Orr wanted to explore York, another city in the north of England. On the surface, it looked like an innocent trip together to make wonderful memories as a couple, but Godfrey, in fact, had a secret agenda.
No Suspicious Mind
After enjoying the whole day together, Godfrey took quite an effort to keep his secret mission hidden from Orr. And thankfully, Orr allowed him to venture alone without any suspicion that he would go and pick up an item from a shop.
No Clue At All
Still unaware of her man’s motives, Orr and Godfrey decided to stop off at the gas station where they first met. Perhaps Orr believed that it was a nice way to round out a lovely trip, not a clue in her head of what was about to go down.
Little Did She Know
At this point, Orr was convinced by Godfrey that stopping at the gas station was nothing deep, just another stop to go get a drink of coffee or something trivial. But little did she know that a life-changing event was about to take place.
A Hidden Plan
As soon as they reached the shop, Godfrey was able to finally reveal his true intentions. And on the shop’s CCTV footage there is clear evidence of how Orr gets informed about what Godfrey had been planning all along.
On One Knee
She suddenly found Godfrey, down on one knee ready to propose. With a ring on his hand that he had bought while he’d been away from Orr in York, and also hands her a gift-wrapped box with a “marry me” charm inside.
