A Hole Magically Appears
Evan Kilkus is a Youtuber and a resident of California. Lake Berryessa is in his neighborhood and he usually visits it. The lake was calm and there was nothing out of ordinary about it until one day when Evan decided to visit it again and to his astonishment, found a giant gaping hole in the lake. This was new, the hole did not exist the last time he visited. How did a hole appear in the middle of a lake overnight?
Confusing Mystery
This hole appeared in Lake Berryessa last year and others were as astonished as Evan when they discovered this. No one knew how it could happen. Where was the water down the hole flowing to? Evan being a little bit of a geek took it upon himself to solve the mystery of the hole in the Lake. He decided to come up with a plan to know the reason behind the sudden appearance of an abyss. How He Saw It
YouTube name of Evan Kilkus is Evan K and he has a big thing for drones. He is famous for uploading breathtaking videos taken by drones on YouTube. He also works at a jet ski and boat rental to make a living at Lake Berryessa. No matter what, he made sure he made time to experiment with his drone. One day, when he was flying his drone over Lake Berryessa he noticed something extraordinary.

The drone was at quite a distance from this anomaly in the lake but from there it seemed like a hole in the surface of the lake. Obviously, Kilkus was intrigued by this discovery and so he decided to investigate this occurrence from close. This was not like something he had ever come across before. His jaw unsurprisingly dropped. Anyone would have been intrigued by a hole that appeared out of nowhere. Evan regretted going closer to investigate.
Getting Closer
Evan decided to have a closer look at what looked like a giant hole from a distance and the closer he got the more awe-inspired he became. The hole was much larger than what he initially imagined it to be as can be seen in the video ahead. It seemed like the hole was swallowing the water around it. The sight was quite magnificent and at the same time scary to behold. So how did a hole appear in the middle of a lake?
Lake Berryessa
Lake Berryessa is a man-made lake in California and the largest in the Napa County. The lake was designed by the hydroelectric Monticello Dam and graces the Vaca Mountains. It is a popular reservoir frequented by jet skiers, swimmers, kayakers, and fishermen. The lake also features in the opening sequence of the James Bond movie Moonraker.
