Joyce has been living in this beautiful amazing house since she was 24-years-old. They say it is us who makes our house beautiful and considering Joyce’s case the saying totally makes sense. The house is built from stone and brick but it was Joyce’s talent which gave it the look that everyone wants to see. Some are even learning from the way she has decorated and maintained the house for this long. The master bedroom seems like nobody has ever slept in that room, it’s that clean.
Soft Colors
“I like soft colors, and I like things to match and flow well together. I prefer tone-to-tone to bright colors,” Joyce told Daily Mail. Joyce has paid attention to every minor detail be it towels, pictures frames, and the toilet seat lid cover. It’s no wonder the house has stayed this beautiful for 72 long years. Joyce’s daughter told Daily Mail that her mother loves the color pink and without that color, her style of decorating the house isn’t complete.
Wall-To-Wall
This three bedroom and two bathroom house are decorated with metallic wallpaper, floral prints, and baroque patterns. And yes don’t forget the gold furnishings. Even the fireplaces that are almost in every room tells us about the harsh Canadian winters. One of the most amazing thing inside the house is the way Joyce has themed every room. The color combination and patterns are on some other level.
What Lies Beneath
Joyce’s house even has a fully-equipped laundry suite in the basement. The house is a complete package anyone could ever wish for. It’s is one of the dream houses that people want to have one day. Joyce and her husband took a very good care of the house and we all could see that from the images.
