Covered with the AstroTurf green grass and it was obvious that Joyce didn’t pay that much attention to this part of the house. But even so, Gladys and Carla knew they could fetch an amazing amount for the house.

Both of them were confident of selling the house for an incredible price. But to be sure of that they needed to call the inspectors who can inspect every inch of the house and could tell them about the estimated price and the problems this house had. There are some minor flaws that every house have that are only visible to the experts.
The Inspection
Just looking at the beautiful house you could be mesmerized by the view but there surely some flaws that are not visible to naked eyes. The problems could be in the walls or inside the walls, you could just never know. But Gladys and Carla were confident of selling the house for the maximum price. But it wasn’t the confidence that was selling the house but the house itself. With all the beautiful rooms this house had there was still room for doubts. They soon found out something lurking below the surface.
Beneath The Surface
The inspectors were there in the house busy doing their work checking every inch of the house. Gladys and Carla made sure that they check every minor detail of the house before they put the house on sale. Because even a small problem with the house could result in cutting the price. The inspectors were doing their job full-heartedly and they found out something about the house that shocked everybody.
The Conclusion
The inspectors told Gladys and Carla that the house was in perfect condition and they didn’t find any problem. They were surprised to see that the condition of the house looked like the house was built yesterday. The house was in better shape comparing to the houses built today. Gladys and Carla were so happy to see that Joyce and her husband has taken a very good care of the house and they were determined to get a great price for the house for all the effort they had put in for the house all these years.

Without delaying it any further Gladys and Carla listed the house for sale. At last, the house on 148 Jane Street was on sale for an amazing $699,000. The offers started pouring in and it seemed like everybody wanted that house. With one look the buyers went crazy and the war was on. Gladys and Carla have never been this busy, but the calls kept coming in and they kept showing the house to the potential buyers until they found the chosen one.
