And since the boy’s message was quite an important one, there were plenty of public figures that had decided to speak about it. And it turns out that on Twitter, many people wanted to show support and speak up on behalf of Keaton. Keaton managed to get quite the attention for the video that was posted. He had also gotten attention for celebrities, including Captain America himself Chris Evans.
Several Supporting Keaton
And we all know Chris Evans from his very popular role as Captain America. He had quite a lot to say and was very vocal about his message for Keaton and his family. Chris was touched by Keaton, requesting him to “stay strong,” and also offered Keaton an invitation to the new Avengers movie premiere for the coming year. He was certainly not the only person to support Jones.
A Powerful Video
So after Bandeira was able to get a good enough content on the topic of bullying, he could not wait to post it online. He decided to give the video the title “This Boy Was Getting Bullied. How These Strangers Reacted Will Shock You.” And then, MattTV had one aim they wanted to accomplish. Their video wanted to show how people would react after seeing a child being bullied.
Not Just Him
And since the random kind stranger had so much to say and react to the bullying he saw with the kid and the 3 teens, the video was bound to be a hit. The video gained a lot of viewers. It had 302,000 views in less than three months. So this was clear proof that bullying is a hot topic that needs to be addressed. This guy was not the only person who had stood up against bullies.
Other As Well
And this was not the only social experiment that Matt had conducted on the topic of bullying. He also did it two other times. The first video was with a young mother and her kid, and then he also used a middle-aged woman. The mother gave the teens a good lecture after they tried to claim they friendly of the bullied boy. But then they were told that this was not how friends behaved.
Two Different Reasons
And how did the other woman try and handle the situation? She then reacted upon seeing the teens bullying the kid. She attempted to make the teens understand that the kid wanted them to stop what they were doing to them. And there were different reasons as to why the women reacted. They each had different reasons as to why they decided to step in.
