After the marathon, the duo had a lot to talk about. After all, they had enough to share with each other. And beyond anything they wanted to meet their respective families as well. They both walked the way altogether holding hands and it was a beautiful thing.
Family
Faix had two daughters, and one of them recently graduated from college and to celebrate her degree and their reunion, Faix asked Stephen to travel to their place along with his wife and cheer upon the occasion.
For Charity
Stephen had been running in marathons for the sole purpose of raising charity that supports other veterans like him. He feels extremely honored when he raises the U.S Flag especially when he is doing that for a good cause. Now even his birth mother was a part of it.
Lucky Enough
An adopted child is always in search of the answers to his past, his birth history. And the place that belongs to his biological family is something that always resides in them.
