They Hit It Off!
Matt and Laura met and they felt like nothing changed. Their bond was still so strong and it was not too long before they were officially dating. It was like they were meant to be together. Wholly in love, and so compatible. They were proud that they passed the test of time but there was one more test waiting for the two right there.
A Tough Decision 
“Right after we graduated from high school, we were pretty hesitant. We were like, ‘Do we stay together? Do we try to make it work?’” Told Laura. Previously they stayed away for over a decade but in the same city. This time they were supposed to stay farther than 1,000 miles.
Heart Grow Fonder
Matt and Laura decided to give it a try. they started studying in different colleges in different cities. Laura was studying at Northern Arizona University and Matt at Columbia College, Chicago. It was 1,600 miles distance between them now. But this time they didn’t forget each other rather their love grew stronger.
Up For The Challenge
They both understood that distances can create problems but they were up for the challenge. They promised that they’ll be focusing on their studies and will try to take out time for each other as well. Living in different time zones made things tougher. They stayed in touch with the help of video calls. At least once a day they managed to take out time for each other.
Senior Year
They were completing their senior year. And Matt had something going on his mind which Laura wasn’t aware of. After all, these distances made him realize the value of Laura in his life and he wanted to ask the big question.
