An Act Of Generosity
In the end, all of the generous efforts of the two customers and the boss resulted in a big help for poor Kramer. The money that had been donated was actually enough for Kramer to put a deposit down for a new place of hers. There was also some money left to pay the first month’s rent. A little generosity like this can help the neediest people like Kramer.
Getting An Employee A Car
Here is another story about a deserving employee being rewarded for being efficient and diligent. This is Alex Rios. He is not the baseball player but actually owns the Kids Kollege Learning Center. He had an employee named Veronica Solis who is so hardworking that she has never ever missed a day of work. She always showed up to work even while fighting against cancer.
Not There
She had always shown utmost focus throughout her time working for Alex Rios. But like it goes for everyone, Solis had difficulties reaching her workplace one particular morning. This was rare as she had never been away from work ever since she started joining. But Alex did not plan on firing her but instead came up with another solution.
Reaching Work On Time
It would leave a very bad mark for anyone to not show up for work but this was not the case for Veronica. In fact, not only did Rios want to keep Solis as an employee, he even did an unthinkable gesture too. The kind-hearted boss decided to gift Veronica a car with his own money. She would not have to be late or not show up for work ever again.
A New Car
This was such a positive thing to happen all around as Veronica now gained a brand new transportation leaving Alex to feel good doing something for his inspiring employee. This is truly a very important lesson that each one of us can and should learn from. We need more people like Alex Rios who give credit and reward to the needy and worthy.
