No One Up For Challenge

Riona within a month of the incident posted on Facebook that she was looking for a personal trainer. Sadly, no one was up for such a challenging role. Although she was making all the efforts she needed an expert by her side to guide her. And that’s when the stranger walked in and with him came the whole new levels of enthusiasm inside Riona.

Keith, The Trainer

Riona had no clue of what life was planning for her was larger than she could ever think of at that time. She was just trying to walk again and where she ended up was completely unpredictable. “No personal trainers wanted to work with me, but somebody recommended that Keith did a little bit in his spare time. That’s how I ended up training with Keith,” told Kelly.

No Man For Her

After what her ex-husband, Richard did to her, Riona started thinking that she lacks something and will never meet a man who would stay ever again. She was so sure about this that she wasn’t even giving it a thought and was planning a life that will be devoted to her kids, that’s all.

A Versatile Guy

Keith was more than a personal trainer, he was a professional rugby player for over 14 years. The guy played with four super league teams, Wakefield Trinity, Castleford Tigers, Huddersfield Giants, and St. Helen. He even played for the Melbourne Storm in the NRL. Before becoming a personal trainer his good looks and perfect body took him in the acting industry for a few years.

Tremendous Improvement

Under Keith’s guidance, Riona showed tremendous improvement. Her progress was rapid and consistent as she praised her trainer saying, “but at the same time I found an affordable physio and so I left the personal trainer as it was too much for me.” This was just the start of something great they were soon to encounter.

A Strong Bond

Their bond was more than what regular trainer and client shares. “And then one day Keith asked me out for coffee and we picked up from where we left off. I just couldn’t believe a gorgeous rugby player wanted to date a disabled woman like me,” recalls Riona. But strange things happen all the time.
