13. A 550lb diving suit from the 1900’s
This was a diving suit. This C3PO-looking robot suit was actually used by a professional diver to explore the deep seas. It looks pretty heavy and unsafe according to us.
14. A hippo-drawn cart
The nickname ‘river horse’ given to hippos by the Greeks, had a good reason. Here we see the hippo in its “horsier” side in a circus.
15. The Great Manta, caught in 1933 by Captain A.L. Kahn
At 5,000 pounds, the manta ray here almost destroyed a boat after getting stuck on the anchor. They had to eventually kill it using a rifle.
16. Building the Statue of Liberty, 1884
The project started on October 28, 1886. In 1984, the UNESCO World Heritage Site took it in, the statue is meant to represent liberty, human rights, peace, democracy, the abolition of slavery, and opportunity.

Bin Laden’s birthplace was Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and went to a public school. Only after going to King Abdulaziz University did he develop his jihadi tendencies.
18. A modified, all-terrain Model T, 1918
The all-terrain Model T had a short-lived manufactured life in the Ford vehicles. This vehicle made use of large military wheels and snow cables and is different from the conventional automobiles then.
